You can return any purchase within 30 days —just bring along your original or emailed receipt and the credit card used (if a credit card purchase). Our store associates can help with everything. Not all items viewed online will be in the All Seasons Cottage store. There will be a unique selection—including store exclusives, special features and even clearance finds—that are separate from our physical selection. So, as always, expect to find a few fun surprises with each new store visit with online or in person.
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover credit cards and debit cards. In the store, we also accept preprinted checks with a valid form of ID, one of which must be a photo ID. Returned checks are subject to a $30 service fee, or other amount allowed by law. Returned checks and service fees may be collected by electronic representment or through normal banking channels. We reserve the right to verify funds and to refuse any form of payment.

You can purchase All Seasons Cottage Gift Cards here. You can check your card’s balance by calling the toll-free number on the back of the card. You will be asked for your card’s PIN. All Seasons Cottage Gift Cards can be used the store location in the Richmond, Texas, for any merchandise purchase. At this time, All Seasons Cottage Gift Cards cannot be used for online purchases or redeemed for cash. All Seasons Cottage Gift Cards have no expiration date.
You can use All Seasons Cottage discount offers/Coupons/promotional offers or Gift Certificates when ordering online. These offers and savings are also redeemable on purchases made in the All Seasons Cottage store.
For complete details, see our delivery and shipping details. For expedited orders, select Free Store Pickup as your delivery option. You’ll pay online and your order will be waiting for you at your designated store the very next day—or sooner. Aside from standard shipping, at this time, we do not have a personal home delivery and assembly option.
